University Hills Recreation Facility Reservation Information

University Hills has a Community Center and a number of recreation facilities and amenities throughout the community. Some of these facilities can be reserved by residents for one-time private parties as well as for ongoing recreation team sports. The recreation facilities are exclusively for the use and benefit of residents living in the University Hills community.

RESERVATIONS

Community Park Reservations – Park and barbecue reservations must be made online and are typically approved within 48 business hours. Once approved reservations are published on the community events calendar. To avoid conflicts which may arise regarding priority or use of the barbecue areas, residents are responsible for posting the Facility Reservation Form at least five days prior to the event. The reservation form can be obtained at the ICHA Community Management office at 1083 California Avenue, Irvine. This form cannot be faxed or emailed.

Community Center Reservations – Reservations for the Community Center must be requested online but require submission of a completed application and any applicable fees prior to being approved and published. All online reservation requests expire after 48 hours if the required paperwork has not been turned into the ICHA Community Management office at 1083 California Avenue, Irvine. Failure to follow up in 48 hours will result in the reservation request being deleted.
